Hi Steve! We want to reserve a half day sailing tour for two adults. I sent you an email and I have a few questions as well. Please let us know. Thank you!
Hey steveanddeena. ThisisEllenand. Sam from Boston.your trip made our year so much better. Loved it we are making paintings and drawings from and about this sail.snorkel trip. By the way my friend Steven Rash is there now hope he finds you. You will love tripping with him!
Steve! It was a long trip back. We are now in sunny Vancouver. Will fly North to the Yukon in a couple days… Thanks for a most memorable experience on Belizean waters and Caye Caulker!
Nancy
I am glad that I chose for my first snorkelling adventure your company, it was really cool. Here are a few things that I especially appreciated: a comfortable boat (wow, even a toilet!) which BTW is partly covered so theoretically you don;t have to get burnt like I did.., a smooth ride, relaxed atmosphere, music, and absolutely delicious ceviche, yummy (well, that rum punch wasn’t that bad either :). And snorkelling itself – wonderful! (Do you guys actually pay all those sharks and turtles and big fishes to come so close?!)
So, thanks a lot, the trip with you was doubtless the best part of the whole vacation for me.
Thanks lots my friend for this lovely video man makes us the crew feels like movie stars , because we are professionals, in the snorkeling buisness .
Big Steve .
Thanks for an awesome day snorkelling! I Definitely recommend this, great vibe, chilled hosts, seen manatees, sea turtles, sharks and sting rays, there was heaps of time, tasty food and at a great price!
Thanks Steve and Chucky!
Thank you Steve and Chucky for an amazing snorkeling experience! You were the only guide that made me feel at ease and answered all my questions about snorkeling since I was a first timer. Steve was patient, honest, and made for a great personal guide and host. Food was provided along with Steve’s famous rum punch to relax with. Steve and his crew were organized and was able to personalize everyone’s needs. We saw many great sea life along the three stops at the reef including sea turtles, sharks, sting rays and a variety of fish. I recommend Blackhawk Smorkeling Tours to anyone!
Steve!! Its Dave and Caitlin. Seriously man our trip was so far beyond our expectations. You were so honest and trustworthy and loyal and just committed to your guests having a totally amazing experience and thats exactly what it was. An amazing experience with an amazing man who is genuinely concerned with the best interest of each and everyone that steps on caye caulker until he starts serving you rum punch haha. You are such a swell human being with the most chill vibes that tend to just overtake the entire island. We will definitely be coming back and we will always hold down the blackhawk my man. God bless you always man. We really are looking forward to seeing you again!
Our first trip with you in January 2010 was our best vacation memory. I say “was” because yesterday’s was even better.
The refurbished Seahawk is really comfortable and the addition of two crew members, Brent and Chucky is a big plus.
Brent, your first mate, was attentive to all our needs and to your sailing commands.
Chucky manned the tiller and brought us to the first of three reef anchorages, while we enjoyed the music, our refreshments and the antics of the Frigate Birds.
Both you and Chucky described safety procedures for our three snorkle sites, Coral Gardens, Shark and Ray Alley and Hol Chan and details of the sea life there. This was both confidence building and informative.
Then Chucky, your dive captain and marine biologist literaly dove into action into the relatively shallow crystal clear waters of the Barrier Reef.
To our delight and amazement he was met by some friends, a Nurse shark and a tame Sting Ray, who allowed us to touch them as long as Chucky was there.
Chucky is also a surperb free diver and his diving skills added so much to to our experience.
Congratulations to “Big Steve”, Brent, Chucky and the Seahawk for the the best vacation experience ever. See you next year.
Steve:
As promised, we write to let you know what a great stay we had at Caye Caulker and how much you added to it. The memories of the sail, swimming, snorkeling, fishing and more will last a long time. We arrived back here to a false winter and since the temps were in the mid-fifties, Gail and I went for our first motorcycle ride of 2012.
We are capturing photos along with the Allen-Gil’s and hope to share them with you soon.
Best regards for now.

Had an amazing time out on the water with Big Steve Today!
We saw a manatee, sharks, rays, turtles, barracudas and more.
Made some amazing rum punch and ceviche on board and it was more than promised when we signed up for the day.
Definitely the way to go! Private, low key, not rushed and came back with some great results and pictures.
Thanks Big Steve!
